Role Designation : Project Management with Data Migration and Product Implementation.
Experience : 12 to 18.
Location : Pune.
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days.
Role Overview :
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects from proposal through to completion. This includes building and managing the project team, scheduling assignments, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
You will also take complete ownership of people and their performance management within the project, ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients within Infosys' guidelines, policies, and norms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proposal Preparation and Design : Lead and participate in proposal preparation, design solutions, and review estimations.
- Liaison with stakeholders for approvals and ensure the delivery of responses to position Infosys towards winning deals.
- Requirement Gathering : Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, and ensure traceability and sign-off by all stakeholders.
- Estimation and Budget Planning : Lead estimation activities, prepare resource plans, and ensure budget and resources are in place to execute the project successfully.
- Project Scheduling : Prepare and baseline detailed project schedules, manage changes to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality and Risk Management : Identify quality goals, comply with internal mandates, prepare quality plans, and create risk management plans to mitigate adverse impacts.
- Project Review : Facilitate group reviews, close outstanding issues, and perform portfolio analysis to transition smoothly into steady-state as agreed with the client.
- Production Support : Schedule, monitor, review, and control production support to meet SLAs.
- Track project scope, schedule, quality, resources, financials, risks, and SLAs, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Compliance and Reporting : Track and comply with all project parameters, including budget submissions, invoicing, milestone reports, and audits.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Management : Allocate activities, mentor team members, implement performance management, and participate in recruitment activities.
- Customer Engagement : Build customer relationships, act as the project SPOC, provide regular reports, manage expectations, and participate in client visits.
- Knowledge Sharing : Document and share team learnings, seek and leverage knowledge from other projects, and provide organizational inputs on technology, processes, and people engagement.
Qualifications :
Educational Requirements :
- Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech/MS/MBA with 7 years of experience.
Work Experience/Skills :
- Proven track record in implementing Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Project management certifications (preferred).
- Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical ability and high learnability index.
- Good team player.
