We at Prolifics are Looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive our recruitment strategies, with a primary focus on Domestic and US hiring. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of building diverse talent pipelines, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the organizations strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in Domestic and US markets.

Align recruitment efforts with the organizations business objectives and workforce planning needs.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer in targeted geographies.


Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains up-to-date on best practices, tools, and technologies.


Domestic & US Hiring:

Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs specific to Domestic and US regions.

Develop tailored sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices in the US and Domestic markets.


Data-Driven Recruitment:

Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize recruitment performance.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.


Candidate Experience:

Foster a best-in-class candidate experience by streamlining communication, interview processes, and onboarding procedures.

Implement innovative tools and practices to enhance the overall recruitment journey.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Champion DEI initiatives in hiring processes to build diverse teams and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Partner with external organizations to expand access to underrepresented talent pools.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategies.

Build strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on Domestic and US hiring.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, labor laws, and market trends in Domestic and US regions.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to track recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with global hiring beyond Domestic and US markets.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media and digital marketing for recruitment.
