Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in Domestic and US markets.
Align recruitment efforts with the organizations business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer in targeted geographies.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains up-to-date on best practices, tools, and technologies.
Domestic & US Hiring:
Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs specific to Domestic and US regions.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices in the US and Domestic markets.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize recruitment performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Candidate Experience:
Foster a best-in-class candidate experience by streamlining communication, interview processes, and onboarding procedures.
Implement innovative tools and practices to enhance the overall recruitment journey.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
Champion DEI initiatives in hiring processes to build diverse teams and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Partner with external organizations to expand access to underrepresented talent pools.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
Build strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
