Job Description

The Project Specialist works across the account to support teams in managing operational projects, coordinating process or product launches, overseeing the change management process, and serving as a point of contact for select responsibilities as delegated. They work with team managers, Quality Assurance Specialists, trainers, and to meet operational goals Responsibilities Coordinate with Stripe on the launch of new products or changes to existing products to ensure Specialist readiness Serve as primary point of contact for change management including but not limited to ensuring all change requests filed with the site are actioned as directed Author or create documentation, training, presentations or other content as required by or management Analyze operational results to identify key drivers to operational metrics Any additional responsibilities as business needs dictate

Qualifications

Language Proficiency in all supported languages CEFR C2 or equivalent SVAR score of 78+ level mastery will be required as prescribed under the common global scale frameworkStrong project management skills and the ability to deliver results under pressure.Superior presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.Excellent written skills and proven experience creating documentation, training, and other contact center contact materialsVery customer service focused, with the ability to engage with your colleagues, manager and users in a friendly, respectful and professional mannerFor external candidates, 2 years of experience in a prior project management role
