Position Overview

We are actively searching for a meticulously organized and highly adaptable individual to become an integral part of our team in the role of Event Project Manager, focusing specifically on Events. The perfect fit for this position will possess a robust foundation in event management, demonstrating exemplary leadership prowess, and possessing the capacity to expertly supervise every facet of event conceptualization and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and sponsors, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring alignment with event objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with events, developing contingency plans and mitigating strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event promotion strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and press releases.
• On-site Management: Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, guest management, audiovisual support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback from participants, and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative event technologies, continually seeking opportunities to enhance event experiences and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5-7 years) in event management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with a preference for Tech Events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.

This will be a full-time position. and we are looking someone who can join within 1 month or immediate joiner.
