Regional Manager (Marketing)

Core Responsibilities

1 Business Development

• Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
• Research and identify potential markets and industries for expansion.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing for deal closure.
• Results driven Target oriented approach

2 Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

3 Strategic Planning and Execution

• Create and execute sales plans aligned with market expansion goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Key Skills/Pre-requisites

• Expertise: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding specified targets, Networking and building relationships with Corporate clients in key sectors including Power, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction and other sectors. Key competencies:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Industry-specific knowledge or experience is preferable.
