Job Description
- Provide ongoing support ensuring an organized work environment for smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations
- Manage administrative function and address related issues and concerns
- Responsible for housekeeping, logistics and procurement related activities
- Postgraduate / Master s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management
- Experience in handling administrative responsibilities
- Strong negotiation, networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to details and problem-solving abilities
- Experience of working in Social Sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established timelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work against tight timelines
- Spoken, reading and writing fluency in English and Odia language
- Willingness to travel to the field as and when required.
- Possess leadership skills and is decisive, action oriented and adaptable
