Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Source potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Leverage market research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales Activities:
- Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, objections, and feedback effectively.
- Schedule and follow up on meetings to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate and manage Proof of concepts / product trials with product/ technology team.
3. Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the onboarding team post-sale.
4. CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and performance metrics.
