Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and optimize B2B campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility, engaging key decision-makers.
• Google PPC: Manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for lead conversions and brand
  reach while maintaining a strong CPA.
• SEO: Improve organic visibility with robust SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, content strategy, and backlink building.
• YouTube Marketing: Create and promote compelling video content to boost brand engagement and drive lead generation through YouTube ads and organic growth.
• Events & Webinars: Promote and drive registrations for webinars and events, using multichannel marketing strategies to maximize visibility and lead capture. Find relevant events to participate in.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in online advertising, and lead generation.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.

• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
