Job Description :

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our innovative chatbot solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent chatbots that can seamlessly interact with our users, providing efficient and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and other systems.

- Train and fine-tune machine learning models to improve chatbot accuracy and performance.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate the chatbot with other systems and services.

- Create user-friendly interfaces for chatbot interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to chatbot performance and user experience.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and intent recognition.

- Experience with chatbot development platforms and frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress.

- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques, such as ETL pipelines and data warehousing.

- Understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
