Wavity - Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve specific business problems.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques.

- Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality data for training AI models.

- Collaborate with data engineers to implement effective data pipelines for AI model training.

- Apply data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance.

- Work with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into production applications and systems.

- Deploy models in scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)

- Monitor and maintain AI models to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.

- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business objectives and refine AI models based on their feedback.

- Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

- Provide technical support to stakeholders and end-users on AI system integration.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, and continuously improve models through retraining and optimization.

- Implement automated testing processes to validate AI models before deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by presenting research, experiments, and findings to the team.

- Explore new AI technologies and propose innovative solutions for business challenges.

- Ensure that AI systems adhere to ethical standards, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.

- Work to reduce bias in models and ensure the ethical use of data.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience (4+ years) in AI engineering, machine learning, or deep learning roles.

- Experience with building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment.

- Knowledge of AI techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience with model optimization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build innovative AI models and solutions.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions
