CURA Software - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in building analytics solutions, predictive analytics, and implementing Gen AI-powered chatbots. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing machine learning models, working with data stored in MSSQL databases, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts. Additionally, proficiency in Python and good knowledge of R programming language are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/ML models and predictive analytics solutions using data stored in MSSQL databases.

- Build and implement chatbots with Generative AI capabilities to automate business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and platforms.

- Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the model development lifecycle.

- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.

- Create and optimize algorithms for various use cases such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.

- Ensure continuous improvement of models by monitoring their performance and retraining as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into projects.

- Develop detailed technical documentation and reports for model implementations and performance analysis.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.

- Expertise in building machine learning models, including predictive analytics and chatbot development with generative AI capabilities.

- Strong working knowledge of Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Good knowledge of R programming language and its applications in data analysis and model building.

- Experience working with data stored in MSSQL databases.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, and neural networks.

- Ability to handle large datasets and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in developing and deploying Gen AI models.

- Understanding of data engineering and data pipeline building for ML projects
