Job Title: IT Admin & Support Software & Hardware Operations
Location: Head Office, Janakpuri, Delhi
Experience: 4 to 5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a B.Tech IT professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in back-end software and hardware operations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the new software system we are in the process of procuring and will also be responsible for training and guiding staff on its usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, setup, and management of newly procured software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
• Train and guide employees on software usage to ensure smooth adoption.
• Ensure the integration of the software with existing systems, if required.
• Maintain data security, backups, and system efficiency.
• Work closely with vendors and IT support teams for system updates and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in IT (Information Technology) or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software and hardware operations.
• Strong understanding of system management, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to train and guide non-technical staff on software usage.
• Knowledge of networking, database management, and security protocols is a plus.
