Tender Manager/Executive- Water & Sewerage Projects

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Manager / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process, with a specialization in preparing bids for Water and Sewer Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit comprehensive tenders for water and sewer projects, ensuring that all requirements are met in accordance with project specifications.

Bid Management: Oversee the full bid process, from identifying potential opportunities to final submission.

Pre-Bid Queries: Communicate with clients and authorities to clarify tender documents and specifications, and prepare pre-bid queries when necessary.

Online Tender Search: Regularly search and track relevant online tender portals to identify new opportunities.

Document Management: Ensure that all tender-related documents are completed and submitted accurately and on time.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Experience: Proven experience in tender preparation, especially related to water and sewer projects.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with online tender portals and proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the tender are correct.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing tenders and handling pre-bid queries.
