Job responsibilities:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferable.

3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring for both IT and non-IT roles.

Experience in BFSI, retail and IT industry is an add on.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna etc

Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.

Conduct phone screenings and interviews.

Manage candidate communication and hiring processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain accurate records
