Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and

exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and devise actionable plans to penetrate

them.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads through various channels,

including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients in target industries and regions.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client needs and offer

tailored solutions.

  • Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding for

new clients.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive repeat

business and upselling opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring

their satisfaction.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales representatives, fostering a

high-performance sales culture.

  • Assist team members with technical queries and support them in closing

deals.

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and

customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

  • Recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive

landscape.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and team

performance.

  • Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or

a related field. (Masters degree is a plus.)

  • Minimum 5 years of success in international sales management, with a strong

focus on B2B sales.

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role with a track record of consistently

achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales

tools.

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar accreditation is an advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a

sales team effectively.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering value.
