Technology Alliances Leader

Location: Bangalore

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Alliance Leader to drive the technology enablement for global system integration projects executed by Mphasis for its clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the Global System Integrator (GSI) relationships with leading IT infrastructure and applications OEMs for leading GSIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sign up, maintain and manage Global System Integrator agreements with IT infrastructure and applications OEMs.

- Enable the Mphasis sales, solution and delivery teams to collaborate with required technology OEMS from opportunity to execution and support, for system integration projects globally, addressing the needs of clients in North America, UK, and Europe.

- Manage the OEM GSI relationships including contracts, commercial, technical and other GTM business entitlements and opportunities, to maximize the financial and business benefits from the partnership.

- Ensure consistent growth in influenced revenue from OEM alliances.

- Coordinate with Mphasis internal client solution, procurement, and delivery teams to incorporate cost/quality efficient third-party OEM technology equipment/software that helps craft differentiated and winning proposals.

- Assist through the entire deal cycle with the client, especially facilitating interactions of various OEM functional teams with corresponding Mphasis and, if required, client functional teams (e.g., technical, legal, commercial, etc.).

- Architect, propose, and present IT infrastructure, applications, tools, and security solutions for global clients in a client solutions role.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) and Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

- 15-20 years of experience in a similar role with a Global System Integrator based in India.

- Strong experience in storage solutions, Data Protection, Servers and Networking, Cloud and Converged infrastructure.

- Client solutions experience for IT infrastructure and/or application build projects, including proposing and presenting IT infrastructure and applications solutions.

- Experience addressing clients in North America, UK, and Europe is essential.
