Job Details :

Job Title : Head IT (App. Development & Infrastructure)

Reports to : Group CIO

Direct Reports : Approx. 8-12

Indirect Reports : Approx. 80 (including vendor teams)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Overview :

Incumbent will take care of Web development, Mobile development, IT Infrastructure Area across all locations of DB Corp. A Key member of the IT team for all technology based decisions and shall be also responsible for designing and delivering all technology solutions ensuring a sustainable and robust digital transformation.

Responsibilities :

- Business stakeholder management, Sales force automation, Order to Cash, Record to Report, procure to pay are the key drivers.

- Management of servers, security, cloud and help desk.

- Hands on experience on programming languages, should have done at 3 years as IC role in any company to deliver the tasks.

- Take ownership of complete Project Management and timely delivery of Applications.

- Based on the evolving digital enterprise architecture, implement plans to meet the new and changing requirements of running the business from a networking, telecommunications, hardware, and all other Infra Solution perspective.

- Evaluates and recommends associated Infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and user needs.

- Manage all IT Processes associated with Technology, Web development and mobile development, Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive start-up technologies.

- To manage and engage a large and diverse team and vendors.

- To leverage emerging and Start-up Solutions from an Enterprise need perspective

- Ability to manage the vendors and project delivery timelines

- Expertise in preparing forward looking, detailed and comprehensive SOW and contracts for multi model solutions including cloud, on premise etc.

- Resolve end-users issue with utmost satisfaction.

- Prepare Business requirement documents, Testing documents, Project plan, roll out plan and adoption plan.

- Training to all end users, training to team members of technology, project management

- Be one point for Solutions for business challenges, new requirements and escalated issues.

- Must have hands one experience to work on application development post requirement gathering.

- Business knowledge in Sales, Finance and Production is required.

- Have experience in integration with ERP system, third party systems like banks, PG

- Own the complete responsibility of end to end Product development, Product deployment.

Education :

- Bachelor degree, Engineering graduate from a reputed institution

- Years of Experience: 18 - 25 Years
