Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of open positions across diverse industries.
- The ideal candidate will be a sourcing expert with a proven track record of finding top talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including:
1) Job Boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, CareerBuilder).
2) LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
3) Professional networking and industry events.
4) Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques.
5) Database mining and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Craft compelling job postings that attract top talent and accurately reflect the position requirements.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide qualified candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, sourcing best practices, and new sourcing technologies.
- Participate in recruitment team meetings and share sourcing insights and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 Years of proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role within a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- Expertise in using various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
