EY - Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (10-15 yrs)

Position Overview :

EY is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the technical product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering high-impact solutions that meet client needs and align with EY's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for technical solutions, ensuring alignment with EY's overall business strategy. Identify market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive differentiation.

Product Lifecycle Management :

Oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, and consulting teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Technical Leadership & Execution :

Serve as the subject matter expert on product architecture, API integrations, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards through robust design and development practices.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., engineering, consulting, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners). Facilitate clear communication, gather insights, and validate requirements to ensure product success.

Agile & Data-Driven Product Management :

Champion agile methodologies to foster iterative development and continuous improvement. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to monitor product performance, inform decision-making, and drive enhancements.

Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.

- Contribute to a culture of excellence by sharing insights and best practices across teams.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience :

- 8-10+ years in product management with a proven track record of delivering technical products. At least 5 years in a technical product management role, preferably within technology, consulting, or digital transformation sectors.

Technical Expertise :

- In-depth experience with API development and integration, cloud computing, and software development processes.

- Familiarity with modern product management tools, agile methodologies, and system architecture design.

Business & Analytical Acumen :

- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to leverage data for strategic decisions.

Communication & Leadership :

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
