Civil & Structural Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and analyze offshore structural components and systems.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
• Participate in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
• Perform finite element analysis.
• Structural analysis for New platform/ platform modification.
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to optimize design solutions.
• Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
• Benchmark structural design/drafting to identify areas of improvements.
• A comprehensive understanding of structural analysis in the areas of dynamic loading, collapse analysis, spectral fatigue analysis, fire and explosion design, dropped object etc.
• Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 3 years Oil and Gas Industry experience is must .
• Experience in Jacket design will be an added advantage.
• A recognized B.Tech/M.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
