Position: PROCESS TRAINEE

Qualification: Any Graduate (2020-2024 passed outs)

Location: Technopark, Kazhakootam,TRIVANDRUM

Shift: Fixed shift timings with Fixed Sat and Sun week offs (Night shifts)

DAY SHIFT : 7.30 am to 5.30 Pm (No Transportation)

NIGHT SHIFT : 7.30 pm TO 5.30 am (Cab facility is provided for females)

Notice Period: Immediate joining

Note:

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices

.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Non-Calling/Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
• Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
• Prior experience on charge entry and payment posting

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
