Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Making calls to Insurance Companies on behalf of healthcare providers to track claim status.
• Persistent follow-ups with Insurance Companies to monitor outstanding claims.
• Handling payment information upon claim processing.
• Analyzing and resolving claim rejections.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality benchmarks.
• Proficiency in Insurance Eligibility Verification.

What Were Looking For:

• Educational Background: Any Degree (2022 2025 pass-out students)
• Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to excel in a night shift environment.
• Internship Certificate: Receive an official Medical Billing Certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
• Onboarding Opportunity: Stand a chance to be considered for a full-time role at Prochant India if you excel during your internship.
• Stipend: 15,000 will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship program and onboarding.
