Role & responsibilities

• Lead the Sales of Facility Management Services, Professional Engineering Services, Managed Services, Business Critical Services, Cyber Security Services, etc. on an all-India basis.
• Work out a business plan, accept targets, and work to achieve the same.
• Help create an eco-system of partners to work with to offer comprehensive IT support services to customers.
• Understand customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and negotiate for orders.
• Develop a service growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out market research, identify markets, and plan campaigns with Marketing Team.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
