We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment and Talent Management professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, HR Operations . This role is responsible for driving the recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is identified, attracting top candidates, and supporting the development of employees within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company by implementing strategic talent management initiatives that align with business objectives
Academic Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR
Desired skills: Excellent communication skills, demonstrated knowledge of Talent Management, HR operations and compliances, Strong excel skills and negotiation skills
Reporting to: Group HR Head
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions across various departments.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach, and talent networks.
- Manage job requisitions, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience
- Talent Development & Retention:
- Assist in the design and implementation of talent management strategies to foster employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Work with HR teams to create employee training programs, performance management processes, and career development initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct feedback sessions, and implement strategies for continuous development and improvement.
- Collect and analyze recruitment and talent management metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding recruitment progress, talent trends, and employee satisfaction
HR Operations
- Be responsible for complete Employee life cycle management for 200+ employees
- Handling Payroll for Permanent & Off roll employees.
a. Handling HR related compliances and factory compliances
b. HR processes and operations- Leading & closing Audits
c. Working in close coordination with Finance Team to provide monthly reports and MIS to Management
d. Drafting Acceptance of Resignation/Relieving Letters, NOC and other letters based on the requirements of the Employees
e. Maintaining the Tracker and helping in the process of Staff Loans/Salary Advance of the Employees.
f. Conducting Exit Interviews
2. Prepare Employee related MIS and data as per business requirements
3. Assist Group HR Head in creating a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change responding to business requirements at the organization
4. Assist Group HR Head on Performance Appraisal process
5. Work closely and implement Employee Engagement activities
