Priority Technology Holdings - Quality Assurance Lead - API/Database Testing (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Help deliver all aspects of testing including functional, regression, performance, integration and system testing and perform the acceptance testing as required to deliver the feature.

- Good experience on requirement analysis, writing test cases, Test planning, Test estimation, Test strategy and Test Reporting

- Must become SME for your assigned module/ product. Should be able to represent your module or feature to engineers, product managers and other stakeholders.

- Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools, processes and practices

- Understand product requirements, and create test strategies based on requirements, legacy impact and time to market. Participate in product and feature design meetings with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great team member with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills, with ability to work in afast-paced start-up environment

- Responsible for delivery of product features / projects with high quality. Take complete ownership of the feature from software quality testing through final user acceptance testing and tracing future production issues.

- Oversee the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Experience in collaborating with other teams (development, product management, customer support).
