Job Description

1. Support the local markets by facilitating the daily operations of Housing Choice Voucher Program.

2. Ensure that all requirements by the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) program are being met.

3. Keep accurate records of all associated documents; including but not limited to, RTA packets, contracts, annual inspections, deficiency letters, and change of ownership.

4. Ensure that the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) program receives all required documents and/or deficiency corrections in a timely manner to ensure no abatements.

5. Facilitate all inspections with the Housing Authority and local markets for new move in s and recertification.

6. Ensure that the policies and procedures are followed.

7. Analyze processes and procedures to ensure optimum efficiency levels.

8. Be knowledgeable of provisions in standard lease documents and maintain a working knowledge of resident rules and regulations.

9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local market team members.

10. Carry out other duties as assigned that are in the best interests of the company.
