Preferred candidate profile

1)Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

2)Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a strong focus on export and international markets. Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.

3)Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

4)Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with market research tools is advantageous.

5)Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

6)Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and translate it into actionable insights that drive business results.

7)Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in global marketing efforts.
