Estimation Proposal Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Proposal Development:
• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial concept through to final submission.
• Develop proposal strategies and themes that address client needs and differentiate the company from competitors.
• Write, edit, and format proposal documents ensuring clarity, coherence, and professional presentation.
• Collaborate with technical experts to gather and incorporate technical content.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage proposal schedules, resources, and deadlines.
• Ensure all proposal components are completed, reviewed, and submitted on time.
• Maintain a proposal database and manage version control of documents.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
