Assistant Manager HR

Role & responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage the hiring process.

2. Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts in line with company policies.

3. Training & Development

• Assess training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support career development initiatives for employees.

4. Payroll & Compensation Management

• Assist in salary processing, including payroll verification and adjustments.
• Handle employee benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, leave, bonuses).
