Key Responsibilities †Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies for residential real estate projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals, project positioning, and marketing priorities that support company objectives.
• Own the project’s marketing vision, ensuring all strategies align with market trends and target audience needs.

†Brand Management & Positioning:

• Define and elevate the project’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and stands out in the competitive residential real estate market.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including digital and print brochures, sales decks, signage, and property websites, that effectively communicate the project’s unique value proposition.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand aesthetics across all marketing channels and platforms.

†Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and content marketing.
• Manage the creation and optimization of the project’s website to improve lead conversion, enhance user experience, and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation effectiveness.

†Advertising & Media Relations:

• Develop and oversee advertising strategies across traditional and digital channels, ensuring a balanced approach that drives brand awareness and sales.
• Negotiate with media outlets, digital partners, and vendors to maximize advertising impact while staying within budget.
• Coordinate with PR agencies to enhance media coverage, secure high-impact placements, and generate buzz around project milestones, launches, and events.

†Lead Nurturing & Customer Acquisition:

• Create and implement lead nurturing campaigns to guide potential buyers through the sales funnel, using CRM systems and automated marketing tools.
• Develop targeted campaigns, such as exclusive offers, events, and open houses, to convert leads into actual buyers or investors.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and assist in closing deals.

• Market Research & Analytics:

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand buyer behavior, competitive offerings, and local real estate trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing efforts to improve return on investment (ROI).

• Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative environment between marketing, sales, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Manage external agencies, contractors, and vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.
