SITE MONITORING AND COORDINATION

• Assist in overseeing the daily MEP work on-site, ensuring the works is carried out as per the approved design and schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure proper
• execution of MEP systems installation.
• Address any site issues related to MEP systems, helping find timely
• solutions to prevent delays.

DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of all MEP-related activities,
• including site progress, material usage, and any changes or
• deviations.
• Prepare progress reports for MEP works, highlighting issues,
• delays, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing MEP documentation
• (drawings, reports, change orders, etc.) for smooth execution and
• handover.
• Help ensure that MEP materials, tools and resources are available on - site as per the project schedule.
• Assist in coordinating with procurement teams for timely delivery of material and equipment to the site.
