About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions for our clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You will leverage your technical expertise to customize and configure the platform, integrate it with other systems, and provide ongoing support.
This position requires a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM, strong programming skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design and Development: Design and develop robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements.
This includes understanding client needs, translating them into technical specifications, and developing custom solutions.
Customization and Configuration :
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM components, including entities, attributes, relationships, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
- This requires a strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM data model and configuration options.
Integration :
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications (e.g , ERP, marketing automation, e-commerce) using various integration tools and techniques, such as SSIS, Scribe, KingswaySoft, or custom development.
Technical Support :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM implementations, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and training materials.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.
Best Practices :
- Adhere to best practices for Dynamics CRM development and implementation, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills :
Technical Expertise :
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and development.
- Demonstrable experience with the latest versions of Dynamics 365.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages (e.g , TypeScript).
- Experience with developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations.
Integration Tools :
- Experience with integration tools such as SSIS, Scribe, KingswaySoft, or similar ETL tools.
Database Management :
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database management, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
Problem-Solving :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications :
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus (e.g , Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement).
Experience :
- Prior experience working in a consulting environment is preferred, particularly with client-facing roles.
Project Management :
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g , Agile, Waterfall).
Industry Experience :
- Experience working with Dynamics CRM in specific industry verticals (e.g , financial services, healthcare) is a plus
