ServiceNow Developer - ITOM Frameworks (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Kolkata.

The position level (Analyst/Associate Consultant/Consultant/Assistant Manager/Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow SecOps solutions, leveraging your expertise in Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response Management, and related integrations.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their security needs.

Responsibilities :

SecOps Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

Security Incident Response & Vulnerability Response :

- Deep understanding of and experience with the out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows for Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response Management.

Workspace Customization :

- Proficiency in customizing Security Incident Response Workspace, IT Remediation Workspace, and Vulnerability Management Workspace, including creating workspace variants.

Scripting & Automation :

- Develop custom solutions using scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and Flow Designer.

- Adherence to ServiceNow scripting best practices.

- Integration Development: Experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with other security tools, such as Qualys, Tenable, and Synack.

- Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop complex dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics, including the ability to build dashboards similar to the OOTB CISO dashboard.

- Best Practices & Standards: Knowledge of industry-standard best practices for Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules within ServiceNow.

Technical Consulting: Provide technical consulting to clients on ServiceNow SecOps solutions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills :

ServiceNow SecOps: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response Management.

Workspace Experience: Proficiency in customizing and configuring SecOps workspaces.

Scripting: Strong scripting skills in JavaScript (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and experience with Flow Designer.

Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools (e.g , Qualys, Tenable, Synack).

Reporting: Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics.

Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices for SecOps within ServiceNow.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow SecOps certifications.

- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g , ITOM, GRC).
