Finance Controller - CA (13-15 yrs)

Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, optimizes financial performance, and supports strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, tax, and audit.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance.

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

- Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial risk management strategies.

- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

- CA with 15+ years of post qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
