Crayon - Finance Controller - CA (8-13 yrs)

- We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance team.

- As such, you will be responsible for daily accounting activities and financial matters for Crayon India.

- You will also be involved in month-end closings, internal and external reporting, in planning and forecasting and in the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key responsibilities:.

- Oversee and manage overall accounts, finance, taxation (direct/indirect), payroll, credit/collections, banking, borrowings, and group reporting for India, including monthly/quarterly account closing and reporting.

- Ensure full compliance with operational and legal requirements, including managing legal agreements and advising on deal structuring for sales transactions, with a focus on taxation, forex, OEM compliance, and cash flow efficiency.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow forecasting processes, conducting business reviews to track performance and adjust financial strategies.

- Provide general support to the management team and sales, offering assistance in accounting, taxes, and financial matters.

- Manage and coordinate all audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate audits are conducted.

- 15+ years of post-qualification experience (within finance and/or accounting).

- 5 years of experience as a financial controller with expertise in local taxation and compliance.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
