HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to help us find and hire the best talent. Your main job will be to search for candidates, review resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process. You will work closely with managers to understand job requirements and find the right people for each role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as a great place to work.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition etc.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interviews and candidate interactions.
• Sourcing Skills: Ability to find and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Interviewing Ability: Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ suitability.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple job openings and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of Hiring Laws: Basic understanding of employment laws, hiring regulations, and institution policies.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to handle hiring challenges and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
