Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates Source candidates from diverse channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct comprehensive interviews (both virtual and in-person), and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, creating tailored recruitment plans Design and manage inclusive recruitment programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Draft compelling job postings and coordinate effective advertising campaigns to promote openings Maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring journey
Desired Skills A minimum of 4 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry Strong sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other HR tools Attention to detail, coupled with problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace
