Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Manager
Experience : 2-4 years
Location - New Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive website traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and tone, including graphics, videos, and captions
- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics
- Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing principles
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships
- Certification in social media marketing, such as Hootsuite or Facebook Blueprint certification
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
