PracticeSuite - Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Framework Development : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium & Mabl to ensure thorough testing of web applications.

- Framework Enhancement : Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks to align with new product features and enhancements.

- Test Execution : Execute automated regression, functional, and integration tests, ensuring the reliability and stability of applications.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure new features and changes are adequately tested and integrated into the automation framework.

- CI/CD Integration : Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline automated testing processes.

- Defect Tracking and Resolution : Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the development team for prompt resolution.

- Test Strategy : Actively contribute to refining the overall test automation strategy, incorporating best practices and up-to-date tools.

- Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality test code.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on Selenium and preferably on Mabl.

- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing automated test scripts.

- Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies.

- Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to work independently and drive automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with additional automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Mabl.

- Knowledge of performance testing and associated tools.

- Prior experience working in cloud-based environments for testing and deployment.
