Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the QA team to ensure that all products, services, and systems meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, processes, and metrics across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is built into all processes and products.
- Monitor and analyze quality trends and data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality.
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff.
Job location : Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)
Preferred : Mumbai location candidates.
Notice Period : Immediate joiner - 30 days.
Shift : Mid shift (2PM to 11PM).
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage our QA team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and systems meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance procedures, processes, and metrics across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, engineering, customer support) to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality trends and data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other QA staff, ensuring their work meets established quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role within the US healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, including risk assessment, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations (e.g., FDA, CMS).
- Experience with quality management software tools.
Other Requirements :
- US Healthcare experience is mandatory.
