Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 5-8 years of expertise in web testing, UI testing, JIRA, Agile, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual and automation testing within the finance domain and be skilled in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications.

- Ensure UI/UX testing standards are met across different browsers and devices.

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure a seamless testing process in an Agile environment.

- Manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking using JIRA or similar tools.

- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure high-quality software releases.

- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with industry finance domain regulations and security standards.

- Identify, report, and track bugs, defects, and inconsistencies across projects.

- Continuously improve test strategies, frameworks, and tools to optimize testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in web and UI testing.

- Strong experience in JIRA for test case management, bug tracking, and reporting.

- Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in Agile teams.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Experience in the finance domain with an understanding of compliance and security regulations.
