Senior PX Business Partner 1

• Act as a key partner to business functions, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and hiring efforts within your designated business line, working alongside global and local PX teams.
• Facilitate employee transitions, including job changes and transactional updates, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between employees, business leaders, and PX COEs (Centers of Excellence), effectively advocating for employee needs.
• Lead program rollouts that support employee satisfaction, growth, and retention, with opportunities to influence PX strategies.

• 5-8 years of experience in HR or as a Business Partner, preferably in a multinational or tech environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams across various functions and global locations.
• Familiarity with HR operations, employment laws, and best practices in the Indian market.

• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to supporting a fast-paced, growing business unit.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
