Hr Executive And Generalist

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Manage employee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities.
• Organize training and development programs for employee growth.

Administration:

• Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, utilities, and service contracts.
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
• Maintain records of company assets (IT equipment, office supplies, safety gear).
• Supervise security and maintenance activities.
• Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
