Area Legal Manager - Loan Against Property

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Area Legal Manager to lead our legal team in managing loan against property transactions in a designated area.

Locations- Chandigarh, Jaipur , Lucknow ,Hyderabad , Bangalore , Indore

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the legal team to achieve business objectives.

2. Conduct legal due diligence on property documents and titles.

3. Review and negotiate loan agreements and security documents.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve legal standards.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and regulators.

7. Manage litigation and dispute resolution related to loan against property transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. LLB degree from a recognized university.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in banking or financial services.

3. Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to analyze complex legal documents and make informed decisions.

6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
