Role Summary:
The Product Manager Cross-Sell & Up-Sell is responsible for driving revenue maximization by identifying and executing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in the market for our existing customer pool.
This role involves identifying the opportunities of developing and managing financial and non-financial products, data analytics team to enhance customer lifetime value, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product penetration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Leverage customer data and behavioral analytics to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
2. Implement AI/ML-based recommendation engines for personalized offers.
3. Identify customer segments and create personalized offerings based on their lifecycle, financial needs, and repayment behavior.
4. Work with internal teams to integrate cross-sell offerings seamlessly within EKHUM & CRM systems.
5. Identify, develop, and launch cross-sell and up-sell product offerings, including top-up loans, insurance, credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management solutions.
6. Product Portfolio Expansion & Bundling value added products such as Top-up loans, BT, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Solar Financing, or Small Ticket Loans for existing customers.
7. Collaborate with insurance companies, fintech's, and banks to offer embedded financial products.
8. Identify and onboard strategic banking, fintech, and insurance partners for product diversification.
9. Work with internal teams to integrate cross-sell offerings seamlessly within EKHUM & CRM systems.
10. Conduct training programs and incentive structures for FSOs to enhance cross-selling efforts.
