Essential functions and Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive product adoption/ 2. Understand key business metrics for the account that can be affected meaningfully via martech deployment and translate business problems into technically ready implementation plans. 3. Interpret analytics across KPIs to drive needle moving initiatives to deliver value to the client's business 4. Articulate the common definition of success / ROI in sync with customer and setup appropriate measurement systems to transparently track the respective metrics. 5. Build, frameworks and a library of playbooks / best practices for multiple industries for the consultants to leverage. 6. Execute audit on accounts from a martech deployment maturity and effectiveness lens and recommend strategic and tactical interventions that deliver early wins and long term tangible business value.
