Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution

1. Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the company s product portfolio to target customers (academic institutions, research labs, pharmaceutical companies, etc.).
2. Plan and oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
3. Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to showcase product applications and benefits.
4. Create and distribute offline marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and posters.
5. Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and agents to expand the company s reach in the market.

Sales and Support

1. Work closely with the sales team to create region-specific sales strategies and support field sales efforts.
2. Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects for direct engagement and relationship building.
3. Provide sales tools such as pricing guides, product datasheets, and competitive analysis to assist the sales team.
4. Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
3. Gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
4. Develop a customer segmentation strategy to tailor marketing and sales efforts and improve engagement.

Market Research & Analysis

1. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the offline space.
2. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of offline campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Collaboration

1. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to understand product features, benefits, and applications.
2. Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge and effective offline marketing techniques.
