Job Description
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the company s product portfolio to target customers (academic institutions, research labs, pharmaceutical companies, etc.).
- Plan and oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to showcase product applications and benefits.
- Create and distribute offline marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and posters.
- Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and agents to expand the company s reach in the market.
- Work closely with the sales team to create region-specific sales strategies and support field sales efforts.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects for direct engagement and relationship building.
- Provide sales tools such as pricing guides, product datasheets, and competitive analysis to assist the sales team.
- Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
- Develop a customer segmentation strategy to tailor marketing and sales efforts and improve engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the offline space.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of offline campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to understand product features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge and effective offline marketing techniques.
