Job Description
1 Receiving Hard copy PODs from HUBs Receiving POD Hard Copy from courier and Inward Register to be maintained. Also collect PODs from HO as and when required. 2 Validation of documents received Cross checking the received PODs with submission sheet. If any difference identified it has to be marked in the same submission sheet and inform the same to respective cashiers also it has to be documented. 3 Segregation of PODs Segregation of PODs:
1) Printed in different way bill.
2) Without seal & sign vice versa or both.
3) Duplicate copies
4) Removing staplers pins to avoid damage to scanner 4 Returning Back The Rejected POD to Agents/HUBs After segregation returning back the rejected POD to respective agents and HUB. And communicating the same to respective HUBs and agents by email 5 Scanning 100% accuracy in scanning.
1) Per batch 40 PODs to be scanned.
2) Should monitor how many PODs scanned vs out Put file in system.
