Job Description

Accountabilities Responsibilities Authorities
  • New employee joining and onboarding
  • To connect with new joiners 1 day prior to the joining date and inform them about the joining formalities.
  • To provide email & Biometric access on the day of joining and laptop in maximum 3 days from DOJ, maintain BYOD data.
  • To handover/courier joining kit on DOJ.
  • Print and handover ID & visiting cards within 7 days of DOJ.
  • New joiner organization announcement within 3 days of DOJ.
  • Data & MIS
  • Manage and maintain - employee master, position master, organization structure, addition/change of key position and employee attributes (role, designation, BU, Function, department, cost centre etc.).
  • LAS attendance and Expenses (PSF + 3rd party) - Ensure all in scope employees receive salary and >75 KMs expenses.
  • Processing and issuing office orders including transfers
  • Identifying and automating HR activities and transactions through HRMS.
  • Exit formalities
  • Ensure all Clearances are completed in the system post employee exit.
  • Communicate to employees regarding tasks to be done before exit and ensure all company assets (Laptop, ID Card, Drawer key) are handed over to respective process owners.
  • Maintain exit tracker with all details.
  • Sharing settlement & experience letter with exit employees to clear their doubts - sharing gratuity details with SPOC.
  • Additional projects & requirements
  • Ensure completion of trainings other activity, follow ups with manager or employees.
  • Any other project or priority work/ new changes in system.
  • Provide required support in PSF hiring & transition.
  • Any other business requirement.
